  13. With Sirius being so bright and a pretty shade of blue, it is often confused with Polaris. If anyone can find Polaris, that's all that's needed to find North. Sometimes, it's difficult to see stars in a thick wooded forest.

  16. They got part of it right. If you don't wan't to sound stupid in the English speaking world, it's pronounced "Boe-lin" knot. Nautical terms tend to have a severely shortened pronunciation, like gunwale, that sounds like gunnel. Happy trails!

  19. You forgot one very important thing: if you're trapped somewhere and people know where you've gone, STAY WHERE YOU ARE. Especially if you have a broken-down car, airplane wreck, or any other thing nearby that can serve as a shelter or a resource. Only try to make it out on your own if you're certain that people won't come looking for you.
