DIY Grape Vine Wire Trellis | Back to Basics Show

- in Survival Basics

  1. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have been trying to get information on putting up a grape trellis and every post or site I've gone to fails to go into detail about the hardware. Kudos for not only video taping, but naming the device and showing it in print on the screen. For those of us with no experience, you've covered every base!

  2. What size wire do you use?

if your wire doesn't cut well, just get a propane torch and heat it till it is red hot then cut it, it will cut through like a hot knife through butter.

    Great video!!!
I too use the ferrules and get them from . they cost me $1.49 each. They do have 3 or for different sizes for different gauge wire.

Orchard Valley Supply stocks them. I think there are a few other orchard supplier out there, too. I have put the link in the video description.
